About us: How can I pay for the services?
We accept, Cash or Bank Transfer.
Where are you?
We are based in Cumbernauld, but cover the whole of Central Scotland. Including but not limited to :
Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, Falkirk, Stirling, Glasgow, East Dunbartonshire, Fife, Clackmannanshire - get in touch, we’re here to help.
Are you insured?
We have comprehensive public liability insurance which means your property is fully protected.
Boiler Installation : Will I be shown how to use my new system?
Once installed you will be shown how to use your new system. However, our aftercare is second to none and should you need to, you can call any time.
Do I have to stay home all day?
After letting us into the property, we are happy to work alone in the home and lock up when we leave.
Will I still have Heating & Hot Water
If the installation is going to take more than one day, you may be without heating and hot water overnight. If you have a vulnerable family member, who may require heating, please make us aware of this as we will provide electric heaters.
Are Gas, Electric or cold water affected?
Usually the gas, electric and cold water supply can be isolated in the areas we are working. So the gas, electric and cold running water shouldn’t be disrupted at all. We will always let you know before we start what will be disrupted by any work.
What about my old Boiler or other rubbish?
Your old boiler and any rubbish will be removed and safely disposed of.
